For the first time ever, Income Property may now be streamed for free in the United States on At Home with Family Handyman alone.

“A lucrative home.”

Scott McGillivray, TV presenter and triple-threat specialist in finance, real estate, and remodelling, puts his popular series Income Property in this way. For the first time ever, Income Property—which had its premiere on HGTV Canada—is now accessible to view for free in the US on At Home with Family Handyman alone.

Over the course of ten seasons, Scott teaches low-income homeowners how to turn their houses into income suites in order to bring in extra money to help pay their mortgages in a challenging real estate market. Scott assesses, arranges, and completes improvements that offer long-term rental options for real estate investors in light of the present reductions in property values.

During his time in college, McGillivray began purchasing rental houses for students and doing the maintenance himself. Following a few purchases and renovations, I made the decision to obtain a building licence. I’m passionate about renovating, and I think it merits careful consideration.

He is passionate in “generating innovative and effective design concepts.” My ability to comprehend the remodelling process and my constant perspective as a property owner compel me to consider carefully how the finances, schedule, and calibre of the job will all work out.

Furthermore, McGillivray refers to Income Property in particular as a “special show.” It provides customers with a roadmap for real estate investing and an understanding of their home’s actual potential in addition to inspiring design and restoration suggestions.

See Scott’s craftsmanship and real estate expertise in action by watching Income Property on At Home with Family Handyman, which airs Monday through Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.

Samsung TV Plus, XUMO, The Roku Channel, LG Channels, Plex, fuboTV, and Sling Freestream are the platforms where you may now stream the channel. The Family Handyman app for iOS, Apple TV, Android, AndroidTV, FireTV, and Roku devices also offers At Home.
